If this is your first intimate wax, we advise that you trim the hair to approximately 1/4-1/2 inch. We can do this for you during your appointment, however you will feel more comfortable if you do this yourself at home. We advise using nail scissors (and a lot of care!)
We offer a longer appointment of 45 minutes for your first Brazilian or Hollywood treatment, so that you do not feel rushed and your therapist has the time to explain every step carefully to you.

If this is a repeat appointment, please ensure that you have at least 3-4 weeks growth. Anything less and you will not get the smooth result you would like. If we feel there isn't enough hair growth, we reserve the right not to carry out the treatment.

Where possible please be freshly showered. If you are arriving straight from work please let us know, and we will ensure you get the chance to freshen up before your wax.

It is probably not a good idea to wear tight jeans or scratchy underwear after your appointment!

Your therapist will apply soothing lotion after your treatment, however we also recommend the use of aloe vera gel. We sell this in small, handy tubes at the salon.

There is no such thing as a pain-free wax, but we will try to keep any discomfort to a minimum. Once clients begin having intimate waxing, we find they want to continue with further treatments. So, dare to bare!
