These lashes are a beautiful choice for those that have short, fine lashes and want more of a natural-looking fullness. This is because each lash is applied individually; one lash is applied to every individual natural lash. We recommend having them infilled as your natural lashes shed, about every 2-3 weeks, in order to keep them healthy and full.
Please read our Lashes Pre and Post Care before your appointment.

A patch test MUST be booked a minimum of 48 hours before any Eyelash Extension appointment if you haven't had them done with us before, or if we haven't done them in the past three months. We will not carry out a treatment without a patch test for your own safety.
Please remove all mascara from your lashes before your appointment.
If you wear contact lenses please wear glasses on the day if possible.
Please note, we do not infill or remove other salon's/technician's work.
Eyelash extensions cannot be carried out at all during pregnancy.
These treatments are not suitable for those with the following medical concerns: contagious skin or eye conditions, claustrophobia, cancer, recent eye surgery, bruising or abrasions to the area. You may need a GP note to confirm treatment is right for you.
Please call the salon and read our Terms and Conditions for more information.
How often you will need infills will depend on the condition of your lashes and how quickly they shed. It is usually 2-3 weeks between infill appointments.
Your therapist will remove the eyelash extensions that, due to the natural lash growth, have now moved up the lash and may be twisting to one side. Fresh lash extensions are put in their place. This keeps your lashes looking beautiful and full, but also prevents them from clumping together. Clumping will weigh down your natural lashes as they grow out and could inhibit their health and condition. Your therapist will discuss infills with you during your Eyelash Extensions appointment, or please call our salon for more information.
Please read our Lashes Pre and Post Care before your appointment.

To get the best out of your treatment, please read the below instructions carefully and follow them as strictly as possible to ensure your own health and safety.
Please do not arrive to your appointment wearing mascara. Doing so eats into your treatment time and potentially creates a barrier between the lash and the product applied, which means we may not get the result we were all hoping for - and that makes us very sad!
Avoid touching your lashes - yes they look pretty, but for the first 24 hours look but don't touch.
Don't wear waterproof mascara after having lash extensions or a lash lift. Firstly, you won't need it, but secondly, removing it may lessen the look of the treatment you have had.
Avoid hot, steamy environments for 24 hours afterwards - that also means taking care opening the oven door! You also want to avoid getting your lashes wet for the first 24 hours.
Please don’t play with them! You run the risk of damaging your natural lash and pulling your extensions off. Neither looks good!
If your therapist has recommended you come for infills at either a 2 or 3 week period, please stick to that. We want you to keep great looking lashes without compromising your natural lash.
